Jason Clarke Explains How Johnson Controls Created Its Employee Training Program

Yuma Arizona employers have unique issues in finding skilled workers. Johnson Controls is a textile manufacturer that expanded from its base in Georgia to be closer to its Southwestern US market.  Jason Clarke describes how a custom designed training program was developed specifically for Johnson Controls jobs and employees.
