Key To Employment For The 21st Century 2010 Event

This premier event connects over 1000 Southern Arizona high school Sophomores and Juniors and their Teachers with information about education, technology and 21st century industries. The Key2e Workshop and Expo is presented by the Metropolitan Education Commission.

This annual event is organized in cooperation with the Pima and Santa Cruz Tech Prep Consortium, the City Of Tucson, Pima County, Pima Community College, the University of Arizona and school districts, the Joint Technological Education District (JTED), and large and small businesses including IBM and Texas Instruments. Over 30 people participate on the community Steering Committee in a partnership with businesses and community organizations including the Arizona Technology Council, the Joint Alliance of Companies Managing Education for Technology (JACMET), the Society For Human Resource Management, the Bioindustry Organization of Southern Arizona, along with the other technology clusters.
